Phoebe is one passionate pup! From playtime, to meals, to her people and the pups she calls friends - she is ALL in. Phoebe has done amazing in her foster home earning back her health and confidence from what we can only imagine was a long time on the streets as she was incredibly thin. When our team found her, she was roaming emaciated, covered in urine with her poor nails growing into her skin. She was shy and sweet and just wanted to feel safe and loved. She has lived successfully with her two foster sisters and although few, she has enjoyed other dogs she has met! She loves humans, too!
