About Finn

Finn is an eight-year-old neutered dachshund with a sweet, loyal temperament and a touch of chocolate brown coloring. Aside from some hair loss from allergies, Finn is healthy, fully vetted, and current on all immunizations. He spent his entire life with one owner, completely devoted and used to being the center of attention in a quiet home with no other pets. Unfortunately, his person had to move into assisted living and Finn couldn’t join her, so he’s been adjusting in foster care for a few months. He is the type who will snuggle in whenever you sit, eager to claim your lap or burrow under blankets. That devoted dachshund spirit is strong in Finn—expect a dog who wants to be as close to you as possible. He isn’t house trained yet and will need someone patient to help with that, but his affectionate, charming personality makes him easy to love. Finn fits best with an adopter who’s ready for a deep bond and likes a companion always nearby. Your new best friend is just one click away.
