Meet Toby! This handsome fella was found running on the side of The 91 Freeway in Ornage County California. Talk about 9 lives!! Thankfully, kind people called animal Control who swooped him up and brought him to safety. Without a microchip, he went to the local shelter with a broken hip where he caught our eye. Ready to give him a chance of a lifetime, we invited Toby to join Paws4Thought Rescue. If you are looking for a super friendly and playfull new family member, then do not look any further. Toby doesn't care if your existing pup is big or small. They are all fair game to play with. He's looking to meet his new family!
