This sweet girl currently weighs 45 pounds and is searching for a loving forever family who can help her feel her best with a healthy weight-loss journey! Wookie is a friendly but laid-back lady who enjoys affection without demanding constant attention. She is independent, calm, and quiet. She’s happy to join you for casual walks and has wonderful leash manners, but she doesn’t require a highly active lifestyle. Easygoing and adaptable, Wookie is the perfect “go-with-the-flow” companion and would love nothing more than to be your cozy couch potato buddy. Wookie would do well with kiddos aged 5 and older. She has the potential to live with another dog. A meet and greet with other dogs in the home would take place at the shelter to ensure it is a good match.
