About Ciara
Ciara is a 55-pound, 11-month-old dark chocolate lab/retriever mix with a knack for dramatic hellos and very little concern for personal space. Whether you've been gone for hours or just slipped out to grab the mail, Ciara's welcome-home parade never disappointsāexpect wiggly dances and a steady stream of kisses. She's deeply bonded to her people and truly hopes for a home where she isnāt left alone too often. Affection is Ciaraās main love language. She lavishes kisses from head to chin and looks up at you with the kind of adoration thatās usually reserved for rom-com finales. Because she's young and her enthusiasm is large-scale, Ciara would do best with people who can help her learn that kids, especially the little ones, sometimes appreciate a softer touch. Luckily, she's eager to please, listens to feedback, and loves earning treats for showing good mannersāshe already knows how to sit! Ciara fits right into a home with other dogs. She plays respectfully with her foster siblings, matches energy, and seems universally accepted in the dog crowd. Chew toys are growing on her, and she's picking up neighborhood walks like a pro in her harness. Recently spayed, Ciara's recovery is going smoothly, and she's ready to devote her generous heart to her forever family. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
