Sandy is the perfect size and age-- 40 pounds and 2 years. She was saved from a large intake shelter in Houston. One of the employees adored her and advocated for her to join Freedom Street and so she did! Sandy has done very well in her foster home with three boys ages 19 18 and 14. She loves to run around and celebrate when dad gets home, and she settles once in doors. Her favorite toys are antler and horns. Each morning since the first day, her foster gives her a treat before he leaves for work. She came to us very hungry so extra calories are good for right now! She happily goes in her crate at night and even with the door open, stays there all night. The boys and her foster realize she is so Happy to have something that is hers! She does pull a little on the leash on walks and is getting better. She has good manners indoors and is such a Loving girl. She will make an amazing companion for a lucky person(s)! Sandy is spayed, micro-chipped and up to date on vaccines. She is house and crate trained.
