About Mr. Smudge

Meet Mr. Smudge, an orange and white American Shorthair with plenty of personality. He arrived at the rescue as a stray and, despite losing a leg while on his own, manages just fine as a tri-pawd—his three legs hardly slow him down. He's currently finishing up some treatment to help his last leg heal up comfortably before heading home. Mr. Smudge is a big fan of salmon wet food and will happily roll around while you give him gentle pets. He can be a bit reserved at first, preferring to get a feel for new people, but once he warms up, he gives back all the affection he can. Mr. Smudge gets along well with children and other cats but isn't fond of dogs. He’s looking for a calm, loving household where he can feel safe and loved. Click apply to start the adoption process.
