Jalapeno came in from tough conditions — he was rescued while scavenging in the rain, unsure of humans and looking for a safe meal. With time and gentle effort, Jalapeno’s trust grew, and now he actively seeks out pets, happily rubbing against legs when he wants attention. He’s still working on being picked up, but his progress and curiosity shine through each day. Jalapeno gets along well with other cats and is fully litter trained, making him a grounded, sociable addition to a cat-friendly household. His story shows the resilience he’s built, and he’s ready for a caring adopter who appreciates a cat that’s overcome some odds. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
