Birthday: May 11, 2025 Romulus is a gentle soul with a soft spot for cozy naps, fuzzy blankets, and a full food bowl. While he can be a little timid with new people at first, once he feels comfortable, his sweet and affectionate personality shines through. He loves being pet and held, and when he’s in the mood for attention, he’ll purr loudly and roll around on the floor to soak up all the love he can get. This handsome boy enjoys exploring his surroundings at his own pace, though he’s just as happy curled up in a soft bed or stretched out on the couch beside you. He plays a little here and there, but his favorite hobbies are relaxing in warm, comfy spots and enjoying a good meal. Romulus is especially enthusiastic about wet food — though honestly, he’s not picky and is happy to sample just about anything you offer him. Romulus’ story before rescue is unknown. He was found outside and came running up to the door when food was placed out for him, as if he had been hoping someone would finally notice him. Since coming indoors, he’s shown just how sweet and loving he can be. He’s still unsure about other cats, which may be due to his experiences surviving outside, so he would likely do best with slow introductions and patient companions who respect his space. With time, comfort, and a loving home, Romulus is sure to blossom into a devoted companion.
