It does not mean she cannot live a beautiful, happy life. Luna is a gorgeous 4-year-old girl who has already survived more than any cat should. She was rescued from outside with a badly broken tail that had to be amputated — so this sweet girl has no tail. Before rescue, Luna knew fear, survival, and likely being bullied by other animals. Now she deserves peace. Luna is shy at first and will need someone patient, gentle, and understanding. She is not aggressive — she is simply a scared girl who needs time to feel safe. She loves toys, she loves treats, and deep down, she wants what every animal wants: a home where she can finally relax and be loved. Luna would do best as the only pet, with no young children, in a calm home where she can blossom at her own pace. FIV+ is not a death sentence. Many FIV+ cats live long, healthy, happy lives.
