Cookie was found running loose in the SPCA parking lot one morning. We discovered she was microchipped, but when we contacted the original owner, we were told they had given the dog away. Unfortunately, the new owner didn't transfer the chip information. Cookie is a sweet girl who deserves a chance at a loving home.
