Meet Blossom — the kind of dog who makes people stop mid-sentence just to say, “Oh my goodness, she is SWEET.” Blossom in currently fostered in the Houston, TX area but can be transported to you. At just 5 months old, this beautiful Bloodhound mix is already mastering the art of stealing hearts. Blossom currently weighs about 40 pounds and is expected to grow into a big, lovable 65–75 pound girl. She will be spayed next week and is ready to start searching for the forever family she deserves. Blossom is the total package: • Wonderful with other dogs • Loves every person she meets • Rides beautifully in the car • Walks nicely on a leash • Knows how to sit on command • Rolls over instantly for belly rubs • Gentle, submissive, and eager to please She’s also working hard on house training and making great progress. Honestly, Blossom feels less like a puppy and more like an old soul wrapped in floppy ears and giant paws. She has that rare Bloodhound sweetness — affectionate without being demanding, playful without being wild, and loving in a calm, comforting kind of way. Understanding transport: Once everything is all approved, dogs are scheduled on transport using AJC Rescue & Transport (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100083418067425). Transport means dogs are carefully and thoughtfully moved via scheduled air conditioned/heated vans from our doggy ranch in Fulshear, TX to a location near you. Each transport consists of a team of two drivers who can alternate. This is how we communicate in real time. The driver who is not driving, will be updating the group chat. You will be included in this group chat to track your dog through transport. You will also be given exact location and scheduled time of arrival. Our drivers do everything possible to run on-time however, things such as traffic, weather etc. can affect arrival time. You will updated regarding delays or possible early arrival. Keep in mind, dogs on transport stop for bathroom, walk and food breaks. For safety, all dogs are crated during transport.
