Susan is honestly one of a kind. The fact that she is an orange female tabby aside, she is suuuuuuuuuch a lover. If you want the independent type, Susan is not it. She will talk your ear off, snuggle you so hard, help you get ready in the morning, and make sure you are never alone. Susan came to us pregnant and unfortunately her sole kitten that she was carrying did not survive. Since then she has assumed my shihtzu mix puppy as her own. Once her hormones have completely calmed down I am 90% confident she will come back around to the rest of the dogs in the home. If she's going to have canine friends it is an absolute must that there is a space to fully separate them because Susan is no wimp. She does not back down/retreat, she stands her ground and interactions need to be supervised for a while. She was also in a foster home with other respectful cats and did well. I am hesitant about young children and Susan because she is liable to bite ankles/toes to get your attention or grab on to your clothes. She has zero litter box issues, eats her kibble happily, and I've had no furniture destructive behavior. She likes her toys, but her favorite thing is her human. She will make an amazing companion for someone who wants a cat-dog.
