AvailableFlik is a brindle Border Terrier/Dachshund mix, currently about four months old and living in Van Nuys, CA. As a male, he'll be neutered, and his small size makes him a great fit for many homes. Flik is vaccinated and gets along well with both dogs and children.
About Flik
Flik is part of the Bugs Life Trio—three comical, low-to-the-ground puppies with unmistakable long bodies and those irresistible short legs. Alongside siblings Heimlich and Dot, Flik was scooped up from the Bakersfield shelter after being found as a stray, and at just four months old, his huge confidence fills every corner of the room. The Border Terrier/Dachshund mix really shines in his energy and playfulness; he’s rarely still, loving any and all who cross his path, and thriving on zoomies, belly rubs, and lap time. Despite Flik's small stature, he’s primed for adventure—expected to grow to a manageable 20 to 30 pounds. His charm is hard to resist, whether he’s charging through the yard or curling up to recharge beside you. With his vaccinations and neuter covered, Flik comes ready for whatever his new life holds. Born January 20th, he’s an Aquarius—no surprise he’s so quirky and social. They say every dog has its day, but Flik makes every day better. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
