Bowser is a gentle, oversized gentleman of 1 to 2 years old, so not quite a wizard yet but definitely an old soul in a young cat body, who was rescued in Ahwatukee after what we suspect was a run in with a not so friendly coyote. Thankfully, a kind human stepped in, scooped him up, and got him the VIP treatment he clearly believes he deserves. When Bowser first arrived, he was a bit shaken, but it did not take long for him to realize, Ah yes, I am safe and also, where are my pets? Now he is fully settled into his role as Head of Cuddles and Chief Conversationalist. And speaking of conversation, this cat talks. Not your average meow meow feed me situation. No, Bowser is out here attempting full on human words. We are talking hi, hello, mom, and a very philosophical I know? tossed in for good measure. You may be skeptical. That is fair. We were too. Then we met him. He is affectionate, hilarious, slightly mysterious, and 100 percent convinced he is part human. Basically, if you have ever wanted a roommate who listens, responds, and occasionally questions your life choices out loud, Bowser is your guy. All he needs now is someone to love him, laugh with him, and maybe carry on a few conversations. Trust us, he will handle his side just fine.
