With medical care, gentle hands, and patient hearts around her, she began to heal - not just physically, but emotionally too. Her fur is growing back beautifully, and her spirit shines brighter every day. Lizzy is a fast learner who wants nothing more than to please her people. She already knows sit, lay down, shake, and wait. She's even learned to sit calmly when cars pass, a big step for a girl who used to be so unsure of them. She loves to run and jump simply because it feels good, but she's just as happy curled up in her chair or bed, gathering all her toys so they're close by. Squeaky toys are her favorite-she delights in making them chirp.
