Our boy Joey is looking for a place to call home. He has made his rounds of life on the outside but that is not the life for him. He was thinking of life in New York City might be a good fit, but he finds himself in Connecticut hoping for his big break. Joey is a Terrier Mix about 1 year old and 38 pounds. He is the perfect medium size dog that is ready to get his big break with striking a pose and get his publicity photos taken. He can be a bit shy with first introductions but will open up easily and fairly quickly. You will know his excitement when he wiggles his butt while in play. He has not had the opportunity to meet a cat since coming into rescue. We do not know if cats are friend material for him. We have heard that his favorite food is a Joey special and that consist of two-pizzas, but he has decided that a more balanced diet of canine friendly food would be a better choice.He is trying his best on achieving a gold standard in his house, crate and leash training.
