This pup will be available to meet starting on 5/23 These resilient puppies have already beaten the odds and are now ready to find families of their own. Rescued from the euthanasia list while battling both hair loss and Parvo, this litter has made an incredible recovery and hasn't looked back since. Today, they are happy puppies, full of personality and determined to make up for lost time with as much love and play as possible. Every puppy in the litter absolutely adores attention. The moment you pick them up, they melt right into you for hugs and cuddles. They are affectionate, expressive, and never shy about sharing their opinions — especially Emmett, Eden, and Evelyn, our chatty black-and-gray trio! This bunch is full of life and keeps themselves entertained with toys, wrestling matches, and their favorite toddler tent and tunnel from IKEA. These puppies have also done well with children between 6 and 10 years old and happily joined in on the fun. Because they are active, playful, and still learning manners, they may be a little too rough and tumble for very young children. They are smart puppies who will thrive in active homes committed to continuing their training and socialization. They are currently working on potty training using pee pads and outdoor breaks. Like most young puppies, they still have accidents and are not fully house trained yet, but they are making steady progress every day. They have healthy appetites and are currently enjoying Purina Pro Plan Sport Salmon dry food along with Blue Wilderness Salmon or Beef wet food and Purina Pro Plan Sport High Protein Puppy Beef wet food. Favorite treats include HEB chicken jerky treats and Beggin' Strips. Pupperoni, however, is firmly off the menu — apparently it brings back bad memories from their Parvo days. Honestly, who among us hasn't had one food ruined forever? (Looking at you, third-grade chili dog.) These puppies are survivors with huge hearts, playful spirits, and so much love to give. Now all they need are families ready to give them the happy ending they deserve. They were rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas. Meet and greets are by appointment only. Partial adoption fees will not hold a dog. If upon meeting the dog of your choosing at your scheduled pickup time you find that you aren't a good match, your deposit will be fully refunded. Adoption fees include vaccines up until time of adoption, microchip, spay/neuter and 1st 30 days of free pet insurance. We are not affiliated with MetLife pet insurance. (you have to sign up for the insurance or it will not go into effect). Adoption fees help cover the medical care of the animals while he or she waits for a new home, as well as food and transportation costs. These fees help to provide care for the other animals in the shelter or rescue group who may have medical bills that are much higher than any possible adoption fee. The money also acts as a donation to help support the organization as a whole, allowing the group to continue its efforts to rescue and rehome pets. The dogs in our care are fostered in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico. While all dogs are picked up during our scheduled times, sometimes transport dates change due to unforeseen circumstances.
