Meet Stella! At almost 5 years old and just 25 pounds, Stella is the kind of dog who quietly steals your heart without ever demanding the spotlight. Gentle, sweet, and wonderfully soft-natured, she’s happiest spending her days playing with her foster siblings, carrying around toys, or simply relaxing near the people she trusts. Stella can be a little shy when meeting new people, often peeking out from behind her foster mom’s legs until she feels safe. She’s affectionate in her own quiet way — more like a cat than a Velcro dog — and when she decides she’d like some love, she’ll softly place a paw on you to ask for attention. Car rides and leash walks can still feel a little overwhelming for Stella, but her confidence grows more and more when she has another dog by her side. Because of that, she would thrive in a calm home with a fenced yard and a friendly furry sibling to help her continue blossoming. Some dogs make themselves known immediately. Group, Inc is a foster-based organization located in Corpus Christi, TX. All pets are in a foster home in South Texas and are transported once adopted. Our animals are listed in different cities throughout the country that has transport available. Adoption Fee includes a microchip, all age-appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, current on recommended preventions and a ride on the next available transport to their new families' area.
