About Claire Pearl

Claire Pearl is a little survivor who’s bounced back from a rough patch last December. She’s about a year old, spayed, microchipped, and current on her vaccines, including testing negative for FeLV and FIV. Claire likes nothing more than being a lap cat, and she’s recently started getting more playful as she regains her strength. She’s fine around dogs, but other cats make her unhappy, so she needs to be the only feline in the home. Her story includes significant medical challenges and a couple of surgeries, but she’s stable now. Her abdominal muscles healed a bit unusually after her injuries, though she isn’t in pain. Claire Pearl does need to stay on a veterinary-prescribed diet (specifically Royal Canin Hydrolyzed) and gets Miralax in her water every morning. She may have soft stools or occasional litter box misses, especially if a litter box isn’t nearby, so her foster home used several scattered around for easy access. Her needs are pretty manageable and she doesn’t require anything unreasonable, just a home ready for her quirks. Claire has a $40 adoption fee. Bring a cat carrier if you plan to take her home, and prepare for a chat about her history when you come in. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
