Lately, with gentle encouragement and zero pressure, he’s begun peeking out of hiding. He’ll watch quietly, knead from afar, and tentatively approach for pets. There’s a gentle soul beneath the fear, showing real hope for deeper connection. Living with 15 cats in the foster space isn’t easy for someone sensitive like Sammy Q. He’ll do much better in a quieter setting, perhaps as a single cat or with just a few gentle companions.
