Scarlett is a Chi mix who's left the wild puppy days behind and is ready to settle into the good life with a family of her own. With her sweet face and gentle presence, she charms everyone she meets at the Refuge. As a newcomer to WAG, Scarlett is still settling in. Her personality shines a little more each day.
