About Poppy
Poppy lost her home when a new dog moved in and she was left to fend for herself, but a compassionate neighbor stepped in and helped get her back to safety. She is now settling in with her foster family in Pitman, NJ, where she finally feels secure enough to relax. Poppy is still learning to trust and can be a bit wary, especially around other cats at mealtime, a leftover from her past. Given time and patience, she's making progress and starting to come out of her shell. She loves being petted, and you can pick her up once she feels comfortable. Poppy is well-suited for a calm home where she'll be given the space to regain her confidence and sense of belonging. As an Aries, Poppy brings a resilient, adventurous energy to her new chapter.
