Sweet Poppy was heartbreakingly thrown outside by her owner after they got a new dog. Thankfully, a kind neighbor had her scanned and discovered she was a rescue kitty. Now this brave girl is safe with her foster family, where she's finally enjoying regular meals and learning that she never has to fight for food again.
