When Brooklyn arrived at our shelter, she came with a beautiful family. This 2-year-old brought seven tiny puppies with her, all depending on her for mama lovin'. She gave her puppies the very best start in life, and thanks to her care (and a little help from our team), every one of her babies is now healthy, thriving, and settled into loving adoptive homes of their own. Now, Brooklyn is ready to soak up all the love she's been giving out. At around 50 pounds, she is a sturdy girl with an even bigger heart. Brooklyn thrives as the center of attention and can be incredibly people-motivated. Whether it's a leisurely stroll or a car ride to her next adventure, Brooklyn is a happy companion, and even happier being an only companion. And if there's a beach involved, even better. She absolutely LIVES for sandy paws and salty breezes. She knows her basic commands, travels like a pro, and always enjoys a good belly rub (or ten). Brooklyn is the kind of dog who will happily be by your side through it all.
