So after discovering that puppies are, in fact, real dogs and not accessories, the relationship fizzled and Athena was “returned.” Plot twist: there are no refunds on perfection. Athena is a breathtaking 2-month-old puppy with stunning blue-gray eyes and the softest silver coat that makes her look like a tiny wolf cub. She’s incredibly smart and advanced for her age, already doing amazing with potty training and crate training. In fact, she’s so comfortable in her crate that you can leave the door open and she’ll calmly stay inside until invited out like the little overachiever she is. Athena absolutely loves enrichment toys, sniffing games, exploring, and searching for hidden treats. She’s curious, affectionate, intelligent, and eager to learn everything about the world around her. She’s the kind of puppy who thrives with engagement and would make an incredible companion for someone who truly wants to raise and bond with a smart working-minded puppy. Despite her rough start, Athena has remained incredibly loving and sweet. She’s playful without being overwhelming, affectionate without being clingy, and smart enough to keep life interesting every single day. Athena is not a plush toy — she’s something much better.
