Meet Pugsy Pugsy is a 5–6 year old pug who came to us from a heartbreaking situation after his owner was arrested, leaving him living outside. No dog deserves that — especially a short-nosed breed like a pug. He arrived with a severe flea-related skin infection and painful dry eyes from prolonged sun exposure, but he’s already getting the care he needs and soaking up all the love.
