About Sushi

Meet Sushi. Sushi is a young Shiba Inu who has surprised her foster family with how quickly she bonded to everyone in the house, including their child. She's sweet, affectionate, and craves human attention, giving plenty of kisses and always staying close to her family. Despite her independent Shiba nature, Sushi has an extra cuddly side—she loves to be around people, soaking up affection whenever it’s offered. She appears to be fully house trained and has already settled into home life. Sushi has met and done well with the male dogs in her foster home, tending to show a submissive side. She hasn't met female dogs yet, so any new introductions should be done gradually and with care. Because of her breed traits, Sushi does best with someone familiar with Shibas—she needs an owner who provides steady leadership and understands her need for both structure and patience. Sushi is searching for a home that values her mix of classic Shiba independence and genuine warmth. Fun fact—Sushi is an Aquarius, so her quirky spirit and loyalty shouldn’t come as a surprise.
