She is the definition of a Velcro puppy and wants to be wherever you are, whether that is curled up in your lap, being carried around, or following you from room to room. This tiny sweetheart was previously being fostered through the shelter before being returned, but despite that, she is nothing but loving, affectionate, and happy to be around people.
