**Special Circumstances with Muse please read thoroughly Meet Muse 💕🐾 Muse is a very tiny possible Chihuahua mix with a very big personality! At just 9 weeks old and 3 lbs, this little girl is smart, affectionate, playful, and incredibly trusting. She learns quickly, loves climbing and jumping on everything she can reach, and would likely excel at agility or other fun training activities as she grows! 🐕✨ We can't predict how big Muse will get. Her mom, Mural, is a 22 lb mixed breed dog, but dad is unknown. Muse does come with some special needs that her future family will need to be prepared for. She struggles with separation anxiety and confinement fears that can cause her to panic and scream when she feels trapped or alone. She has made progress already -- she can now settle in a crate at night if she can see you, and she also rides in a crate in the car when she can keep you in sight. She does best with patient people willing to continue helping her build confidence and feel safe. Another friendly playful dog in the home would likely help her tremendously. 🐶❤️ Because of her confinement anxiety, we do not recommend apartment living for Muse at this time. Muse also has an inset vulva. Right now it is not causing health problems, but if she does not outgrow the condition, she may need corrective surgery in the future. Our veterinarian has recommended waiting until after her first heat cycle and closer to a year old before spaying her to see if the issue resolves naturally. If surgery is needed, we will cover the corrective surgery at the same time as her spay. Due to this medical situation, Muse will be adopted on an application process only. Her future family must be committed to safely preventing pregnancy until her spay can be completed.
