She was born in rescue on February 5 of this year after her momma, Pepper, came from Oklahoma very pregnant. Sylvie is a very active, fearless, sweet baby girl that loves people and other dogs. She is just learning about the world so she will need a lot of work on house training, kennel training, and socialization.
