Wanda is a sassy little 10lb chihuahua with a BIG personality and an even bigger love for people. This sweet senior-ish girl may be a little rough around the edges right now, but underneath it all is a gentle, loving dog who is just happy to be safe and cared for. She rides amazing in the car, loves being around people, and would do best in a quieter home with another calm, submissive dog.
