Alex is easy to leash, easy to kennel, affectionate, smart, and clearly knows some basics already. Multiple volunteers have mentioned how sweet and people-oriented he is. He solicits pets from everyone he meets, sits nicely, knows "sit," and absolutely lights up for treats and toys. He even tries to catch treats midair like it’s his full-time job. He has the cutest bouncy little trot and floppy ears that move when he walks. He also appears possibly house-trained since he immediately went potty once outside. Overall, Alex comes across as a well-balanced, affectionate dog who just needs the right environment to succeed. He’s goofy, loving, eager to connect with people, and honestly seems like the perfect +1 for life!
