Meet Ellie Mae! Ellie Mae is absolutely adorable-she has the sweetest little face and giant curious eyes that make it impossible not to fall in love with her. She's a playful girl who somehow manages to look both innocent and mischievous at the exact same time. When Ellie Mae first arrived to her foster home, it took her a few days to warm up to humans, but she eventually started to cautiously venture out to play. Then, almost overnight, something clicked. This independent little kitten suddenly decided laps were wonderful and pets are pretty amazing when you're sleepy! Now, Ellie Mae is beginning to seek out affection from the people she trusts and loves curling up beside-or directly on-her favorite human once playtime is over. Shes not quite a snuggle bug yet, but she's recently discovered she genuinely enjoys love and attention...sometimes. Ellie is a big fan of feather toys, "cat TV," and entertaining herself by attacking her own tail. She's playful, curious, a little cautious, independent, and oh so fluffy! Ellie Mae will be spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoption, but is available for foster-to-adopt to the right family now. Ellie Mae is especially fond of her best friend, Talladega, and, while it's not a requirement for adoption, she would love to be adopted together so they can continue growing up side by side.
