Chato is the definition of &quot;good boy energy.&quot;<br/><br/>This sweet black pup may have been surrendered by his former owners, but he hasn't let that stop him from being an affectionate, playful, and easygoing companion. Chato seems to be potty trained, walks beautifully on leash, and is always ready for a good time, especially if there's a ball involved.<br/><br/>Now, fair warning: if you give Chato a big ball to play catch with... there's a very real chance he'll proudly turn it into a flat pancake. But honestly? That just makes the game even more fun for him. He's perfectly happy zooming around with his &quot;customized&quot; toy like it's the greatest treasure on earth.<br/><br/>Chato has also shown himself to be a total social butterfly with other dogs. He did great in playgroup with Travis, Sweet Pea, Chiquito, and Blue2, and was especially respectful and gentle with smaller pups, even lowering himself and bowing to make them feel comfortable. He also completed a meet and greet with a small pet with no issues encountered.<br/><br/>Once playtime is over, Chato is more than happy to cash in for cuddles, pets, and quality time with his people.
