About Meredith
Meredith strikes a rare balance between attentive companion and self-sufficient housemate. She’ll quietly follow you around, always wanting to be nearby, and if she craves your attention, she’ll waste no time walking right up and planting her sweet face square in yours—she doesn’t do subtle. Meredith’s legendary biscuit-making is reserved for her favorite people, and her lap time is unmatched. When not focused on you, she sprawls by a sunbeam or stretches across the counter, performing a grand display every time she wants her wet food. Occasionally, she’ll go full throttle with a round of zoomies, chasing imaginary prey across the house. Easygoing and friendly, very little fazes her. She recovered beautifully from entropion surgery and does not require ongoing special care. Meredith enjoys being the sole focus but tolerates laid-back cats who aren’t interested in drama. She fits as well with a single person as with a relaxed household, so long as she gets attention and a sunny spot to nap. If you want a cat who switches from affectionate lap cat to independent observer, Meredith’s ready for you. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
