Pepper is completely potty trained and hasn’t needed a crate at all — he has excellent house manners and can be left alone without issue, though he may feel a little sad when you leave. He’s getting better every day as he learns that his people always come back. From the yard, he’ll bark at passing dogs or Amazon trucks, but inside he’s calm, affectionate company. He’d enjoy a fenced yard to run and play, but he’d also do fine without one as long as he’s leashed — he really wants to chase squirrels. Pepper loves everyone he meets and is great with the kids he's met too so far. He’s fantastic with other dogs and is an easygoing, submissive playmate — even the rowdiest dogs don’t faze him! On walks, he’s good on a leash, though he may pull a bit when he spots a canine friend he wants to greet. He is not a fan of cats or chickens.
