Jasper's owner passed away and Jasper and his buddy, Maggie, were with their owner for several days before someone found her. They both have began to decompress and trying to be a normal dog again. Jasper loves his toys and will steal all of them if he can. He has the cutest curly tail and butt. He is neutered and will receive updated vaccines and heartworm tested.
