At just 10 months old, this gorgeous calico girl was already trying to survive on the harsh streets. Though she was just a kitten herself, she recently had her very first litter of babies. Being so young, she didn't quite know how to take care of them, but she did the very best she could. Lilah is an incredibly smart kitty--so smart, in fact, that it took rescuers several weeks of patient effort to finally safely trap her and bring her to the Rescue Center. Personality Lilah is the definition of a "sweet but scared" soul. The outdoor world taught her to be cautious, so she is understandably frightened in new environments right now. However, beneath her nervous exterior lies a deeply sweet girl who is just waiting for the right person to show her that the world can be a safe, loving place. Ideal Home Lilah needs a patient, quiet forever home where she can settle in at her own pace. Because she is a clever girl, she will thrive with environmental enrichment once she feels safe.
