About Draco
Draco is a 4-year-old pit/lab mix with a striking tricolor coat who landed in rescue after being abandoned in an apartment in Memphis. Despite the rough start, Draco is every bit the gentle soul—friendly, loving, and eager for attention. He thrives on human contact, quick to snuggle in for a pet or a hug. His foster notes say he's great with both dogs and cats, so he’d do well in a home with other pets. Crate trained and house trained, Draco also walks calmly on leash and adapts nicely to his routines. A home with a fenced yard would let him enjoy the freedom he missed out on. Currently in Mississippi and waiting for transport to Pennsylvania, Draco is fully vaccinated and neutered, ready for the next chapter. He’s the kind of dog who fits right in and just wants family time. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!

Questions about Draco
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Draco, as a pit bull/lab mix, does best in a home where he can be part of the family—ideally with access to a yard but he can adapt to apartment living if given enough exercise.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
A dog like Draco benefits from a fenced yard to run and play, though daily walks and regular activity can also keep him happy in less spacious environments.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Both pit bulls and Labradors are known for being good with children, and since Draco gets along well with kids, he would fit nicely into a family home.
