About Gus & Myrtle
Meet Gus & Myrtle, a dynamic brother-sister duo looking for their forever home in New York, NY. These two were rescued off the streets as kittens and have since developed into a truly special pair. Myrtle, the tortoiseshell female, leans into every ounce of affection she can get. She's calm, enjoys being held or curled up on laundry piles, and is never shy about a nose boop or cuddle session. Gus, her tuxedo-clad brother, brings playful energy to the pair. He's a spirited, slightly mischievous guy who thrives on games, belly rubs, and head scratches, always ready to amuse with his antics and love for his fuzzy ball. Both cats are reliable with their litterbox habits, get along with other cats, and are loving toward people. The rescue prefers they be adopted together, but may consider a single adoption if you can't swing a pair—though, if you’re feeling especially bold, their friend Powder makes it a near-perfect trio. Both are neutered/spayed, vaccinated, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. If you want a mix of sweet companionship and lively fun, Gus & Myrtle could be the answer.
