About Honey
Honey is a striking black and white cat who joined the rescue at the start of 2026 after his owner couldn't care for him anymore. He fits his name: Honey is endlessly sweet and loves to be petted, often head-bumping for attention as soon as someone gets near. He isn’t much for playing, but he’ll happily explore every corner of a new place until he finds the best vantage point. You’ll often spot him perched somewhere, quietly observing. He has a particular fondness for kibble, which is handy since he has a sensitive stomach and can’t have many treats, but he’s always eager for a little food reward. Honey gets along with other cats and has done fine around children, although he prefers things to stay calm—too much noise sends him into hiding. Dogs remain an unknown, but his easygoing nature helps him settle in well overall. Honey is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, and microchipped. As a January 21st birthday, he’s an Aquarius—independent but sociable at heart. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
