About Junebug
Junebug is a tortoiseshell with roots in Tennesseeās Smoky Mountains. She likes to hang back at first, quietly surveying her surroundings, and isnāt shy about letting you know if you get too close too soonāa little hiss is just her way of keeping things clear. She sets her boundaries, and itās important theyāre respected. Once she feels at ease, Junebug will accept a gentle pet, but being the main attraction isnāt on her agenda. A soft perch by the window suits her just fine, where she can quietly watch birds and all the world outside. Junebug is building up her confidence and does best in a home thatās patient and acts at her pace. Sheās lived with other cats, including Cricket, and absolutely needs a feline friend around to help her feel secure. If you offer her understanding and time, Junebug will reward you, but her affection isnāt loud; sheāll always be a subtle, quietly loyal companion. Sheās available to meet on weekends at adoption events and can be seen in Verona by appointment for approved adopters. Your new best friend is just one click away.
