He's neutered, vaccinated, and fully house trained, making him ready for a loving home that won’t let him down again. Seeley is especially affectionate with children and has no trouble settling in with other cats. He’s lived through uncertainty but comes out of it steady and trusting, always up for soft pets and quiet moments.
