Frodo is a loving 6-year-old, 9.5 lb Papillon mix who was picked up as a stray by the County and is now ready for a fresh start with a family of his own. Frodo is doing wonderfully on a potty schedule and has quickly settled into foster life. He sleeps happily in his crate at night, although he does enjoy relaxing in bed with his foster mom for a little while before heading to his cozy nighttime spot so we are positive. He would love to sleep in someone’s bed. He has a great appetite with no food guarding issues, rides well in the car, and walks nicely on a leash. This sweet little guy loves to play fetch and spend time bird watching out on the lanai. He can be a bit yappy when new people come to visit or when he spots another dog on walks, but he is very treat motivated and has been making good progress with training. Frodo also tends to prefer women over men. Most importantly, Frodo is an absolute love bug whose soulful eyes will melt your heart. He has brought so much joy to his foster home and will make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal, affectionate little dog.
