About Luke and Hummus

Luke is little, sweet, and always curious, while Hummus (“Hummie”) is a big teddy bear who lives for lap time. These two made the trek all the way from Amman, Jordan in April 2025, and after a journey like that, you can bet they’re tightly bonded. They’re young adults, somewhere between 2 and 3 years old. Hummus is the affectionate type who seeks out hugs, purrs the second you touch him, and will nap anywhere he’s allowed. He’s quiet, gentle, and happiest when wrestling with Luke or soaking up attention. Luke is more independent, shadowing people from room to room, and picking when he wants to be petted. He’s sharp and playful, always looking out the window or exploring corners. Together they roughhouse, groom one another, and squeeze into the tiniest cat beds side by side. The boys adore each other but also get along well with other cats. They made the big move because their rescuer had to leave Jordan. Now, they’re hoping for a real home to call their own. The adoption fee for Luke and Hummus is waived. Think they’re your match? Come meet them and see for yourself. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
