Dino is a 4-5 year old American bulldog mix with soulful eyes, an underbite, and spotted white and brown fur. At about 55 pounds, he looks a little shy when meeting new people, but a kind word or a treat wins him over fast. He lives for scratches and snuggles and has the good-natured, quiet energy of a seasoned couch potato. You’ll see him enjoy his walks, but he’s most content lounging and soaking up attention from people he trusts. Dino’s past wasn’t an easy one—picked up as a stray in Houston and nearly out of time in a high-volume shelter, he was saved by volunteers who saw his gentle side. Now in foster care in Colorado, Dino is ready for a calm, loving home where he can finally relax and be spoiled as he deserves. He’s currently being treated for a low-grade heartworm infection but is otherwise healthy. Dino needs a family that can come to Colorado to meet and adopt him, as transport is not available.
