Loretta is still basically a kitten herself — a teen mom who was found pregnant in West Virginia and somehow, despite whatever she went through before rescue, decided humans were still worth trusting. She really loves people. The purring starts the second you walk into the room. If you sit down, there’s a very good chance Loretta will end up in your lap and stay there until you absolutely have to move. She’s playful and silly when the mood strikes, Loretta’s favorite mode is cozy. Blankets, laps, deskmate — that’s her thing. She also has the cutest little black heart on her cheek, which fits her perfectly. Loretta gets along well with Lucy, her foster-sister dog, and has been great with adults and older kids. She’d probably do best in a home that isn’t too chaotic, where she can settle in and be someone’s shadow and cuddle buddy. We believe she’s under a year old. She’s now spayed, vaccinated, safe, and completely ready to leave her mama days behind and just be babied herself.
