Her finder kept her safe until we could open a foster home for her, and she has been nothing but sweet, grateful, and people‑oriented since the moment she arrived. She’s a petite girl with a cute underbite, soft cream fur, white markings, long wispy tufts around her ears and neck, and a fluffy little tail that never stops wagging. Personality & Behavior Tilly is a fast learner who looks to her foster mom and dad for guidance when she feels unsure. She’s very people‑focused and bonds quickly with her humans. About Our Rescue & Transport Most of our dogs come from Eastern WA, where vet care is more affordable. We’re fully volunteer‑run, so we meet approved adopters halfway or at a mutually convenient date, time, and location. Meeting Locations Western WA adopters: We can meet in Wenatchee or Leavenworth. Eastern WA adopters: We can meet outside Spokane, Reardan, or Omak. If travel is difficult, we’ll do our best to arrange a volunteer hand‑off.
