Frank is a chill guy with a heart of gold and a goofy personality. He is mild-mannered in his kennel and keeps his space clean. But he isn't boring in the slightest! Frank loves hanging out with people and is very playful and cuddly. He loves other dogs, though he can be selective about his playmates. He makes it known right away if he wants to be friends or not. He seems to have a preference for rowdy females that will boss him around and initiate play. Dasani is his bestie at the shelter!
