She lost her original home simply because her former family couldn't give her enough attention, but she's shown herself to be resilient and affectionate in foster care. Abbey loves to run and play, but just as much, she enjoys curling up close to her people and soaking in attention. She’s friendly with everyone she meets—including children—and gets along well with other dogs. Abbey knows how to walk nicely on a leash, is crate trained, and is fully house trained. She’d thrive in a home with a fenced yard where she can explore and play safely. Abbey’s vaccinations are up to date, and she is scheduled for her spay in late May.
